Returns
For standard, off-the-shelf products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returned items must be:

Free from damage, marks or signs of installation

Returned with all original packaging and accessories
You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair or refund.
Please don't attempt to modify or repair a faulty part before contacting us, as this may affect your warranty rights.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are made specifically to your requirements or customised to your specification may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or not made to the agreed specification.
If you're unsure whether a product is classed as custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by UK consumer law. Additional charges for upgraded delivery are not normally refundable.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Any import duties, taxes or customs charges paid when the order was originally imported may not be recoverable and are not necessarily refundable by Nabspeed Moto.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We'll provide the appropriate return instructions.
Nabspeed Moto reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
