Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases made through the Nabspeed Moto online store.
1. About Us
Nabspeed Moto ltd is a UK-based business specialising in motorcycle components, CNC-machined parts and custom motorcycle work.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes and finishing.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for their motorcycle before fitting or use. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. An order confirmation will be sent once your order has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product has been incorrectly priced, is unavailable, or we are unable to fulfil the order for another reason. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timescale stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Once an order has been passed to the delivery carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, although we will assist with tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
6. International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges.
Where these charges are included in the shipping price shown at checkout, we will arrange payment of the applicable charges on the customer's behalf where possible.
Where charges are not included, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
8. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products manufactured specifically to a customer's requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty or do not meet the agreed specification.
We will confirm any applicable terms before starting bespoke work.
9. Product Fitting & Installation
Our motorcycle components must be fitted correctly and in accordance with any fitting instructions supplied with the product.
We strongly recommend that all products are fitted by a suitably qualified and experienced motorcycle technician or professional mechanic. Safety-critical components must not be fitted by anyone who is not suitably competent to carry out the work.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are correctly fitted, that all relevant fasteners are correctly tightened and secured, and that the motorcycle is safe to use following installation.
Nabspeed Moto cannot accept responsibility for damage, failure, injury or loss resulting from incorrect fitting, installation, modification, misuse or use outside the intended application of a product.
If you are unsure about the suitability or installation of any product, please contact us before fitting or using it.
10. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, drawings, logos, branding, written content and other material on this website remain the property of Nabspeed Moto or their respective owners.
They may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law, including liability for defective products or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, Nabspeed Moto is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect fitting, modification, misuse or use of a product outside its intended application.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to an order will be those in place when the order is placed.
13. Governing Law

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any applicable consumer rights.
